Building is solved. What's left is the problem that was always hard: getting someone to buy.
AI made implementation cheap, so the cohort's blocker is sales, marketing and distribution - a pre-AI problem now binding. PMF failure looks like churn right after signup, discovery calls that drag, visible hesitation. The loop: define the customer, define the problem, define the offer, distribute it, help the customer decide (remove trust and cost barriers), deliver first value, then repeat and referral - and reaching repeat/referral is how you know PMF has arrived. Products are v1 on the way to v22 through customer conversations. Two ways in: be shameless (organic hustle) or have money (borrowed, paid distribution). A side playbook: become the visible power user of a funded platform (n8n, AWS/GCP partner programmes) and ride its ad spend.
The frame the rest of the session hangs on.
